TapLocal App℠
Case Type: Physical Therapy

Back on their feet.
And on the record.

Physical therapy reviews tell a recovery story over weeks of visits, and patients often name the therapist who got them there. TapLocal App℠ sets up or cleans up your clinic's Google profile (or a therapist's own listing), places an NFC + QR Google review card at the front desk, and hands you a report on what patients already say.

No gating. No incentives. No guarantees. Ever.

// Why physical therapy is a special case

A recovery, told in their words

Reviews describe a whole course of care

Patients write about the weeks of visits and how their recovery went, not one appointment.

Therapists get named

Patients often thank the therapist who worked with them. Your report shows which names come up.

Privacy matters in your replies

Replies shouldn't confirm someone is a patient or mention an injury or treatment. Member reports include reply drafts written that way.

Clinic or therapist listing

A clinic verifies like any storefront; a therapist booked by name can also have their own listing. Google chooses how you verify, and a shared office can take extra steps.

We build or clean up the right profile, the practice's or your own practitioner listing, and walk you through Google's verification. A shared address can take extra steps.

// Physical Therapy questions

Physical Therapists: questions, answered plainly

When should patients get the card?
The same way for every patient, at the front desk. Many patients review near the end of their care, when they can describe their recovery; the card makes it easy whenever they're ready.
How do we reply to reviews without breaking patient privacy?
Keep replies general: thank the reviewer, don't confirm they're a patient, and never mention injuries or treatment. Member reports include reply drafts written that way.
Can each therapist have their own listing?
In many cases Google allows individual practitioners their own profile alongside the clinic's. We look at how your clinic works and recommend the right setup.
How does verification work for a physical therapy clinic?
Like any storefront: Google chooses the method, often a short video or a mailed postcard to your clinic address. Separate therapist listings at a shared office can take extra steps.
Can we offer a free session for a review?
No. Google prohibits offering anything in exchange for reviews, and we never set that up. Every patient gets the same simple invitation.
Is there anything we should avoid asking customers?
Yes: never ask for a specific star rating or wording, never offer anything in return for a review, and never ask only the customers you think are happy. The card simply makes it easy for everyone to leave an honest review.
