When should patients get the card?
At checkout, after the visit is complete. Never in the exam room, and never in a way that makes care feel tied to a review.
How do we reply to reviews without breaking patient privacy?
Keep replies general: thank the reviewer, invite them to call the office, and never confirm they're a patient or mention any visit, condition or treatment, even if they described it themselves. Member reports include reply drafts written that way.
Can each provider have their own listing?
In many cases Google allows individual practitioners their own profile alongside the practice's. We look at how your practice works and recommend the right setup.
How does verification work for a medical practice?
Like any storefront: Google chooses the method, often a short video or a mailed postcard to your practice address. Separate provider listings at a shared office can take extra steps.
Will the report show what patients say about waiting?
Yes. If reviews keep mentioning wait times, scheduling or the front desk, the report shows those patterns separately from comments about providers.
Is there anything we should avoid asking customers?
Yes: never ask for a specific star rating or wording, never offer anything in return for a review, and never ask only the customers you think are happy. The card simply makes it easy for everyone to leave an honest review.
