Should we give the card to long-time members or just new ones?
Everyone, the same way. Long-time members can speak to consistency, and new members to the first impression; both help the next person deciding.
What about people on a free trial?
They can review like anyone else. You can't make a free trial or any discount depend on leaving a review, though.
Will the report show which coaches and classes get praised?
If reviews name coaches or classes, yes. The report surfaces those patterns.
How does verification work for a gym or studio?
Standard storefront verification: Google confirms your real address, usually with a short video or a mailed postcard.
Our personal trainers want their own reviews. Is that allowed?
Trainers who are booked by name can sometimes have their own practitioner profile, depending on Google's rules. We look at how your gym works and recommend the right setup.
Is there anything we should avoid asking customers?
Yes: never ask for a specific star rating or wording, never offer anything in return for a review, and never ask only the customers you think are happy. The card simply makes it easy for everyone to leave an honest review.
