TapLocal App℠
Case Type: Cleaning

Same clean, every visit.
Said out loud.

Cleaning reviews are about trust and consistency: the person with your key, and whether every visit matches the first. TapLocal App℠ sets up a service-area Google profile for your real coverage area, places an NFC + QR Google review card where clients will see it, and hands you a report on what clients already say.

No gating. No incentives. No guarantees. Ever.

// Why cleaning is a special case

Trust you can hand a key to

Consistency is the real subject

One great clean matters less than the same quality showing up every time. Reviews say so.

Access and trust get mentioned directly

Clients write about feeling comfortable handing over a key or a door code. That line carries weight with the next client.

Recurring clients, natural moments

Weekly and biweekly clients give you a calm moment to leave the card, with no awkward ask on the doorstep.

Hidden address, one coverage area

Google chooses how you verify; for a business like this it's usually a short video, not a mailed postcard.

// Process

Four steps, no theatrics

Already have a service-area Google profile claimed? Start at Install.

Set Up

We build your service-area profile, hide your base address, define where you actually work, and walk you through Google's verification (usually a short video).

Install

A branded NFC + QR card left on the counter after a first clean, a magnet for the fridge, or printed on your invoice. Tap or scan, straight to your Google review page.

Collect

Customers leave reviews the normal way, at their own pace — one tap and two clicks. No scripted asks, and no discounts, freebies or rewards for reviews — of any rating.

Learn

You get a TapLocal Intelligence Report™, built only from your own public reviews — what's working, what to fix first.

House Cleaners: questions, answered plainly

Should we give the card to every client or only new ones?
Everyone, the same way. Long-time recurring clients often write the most detailed reviews, because they can speak to consistency over months.
We work in teams. Can reviews name the cleaners?
Clients can mention whoever they like. If reviews name specific team members, your report shows that pattern. You can't ask clients to name anyone, though.
How is my coverage area defined?
You tell us the cities, counties or ZIP codes you actually serve, and we set your Google service area to match, not a single pin on a map.
How does verification work for a cleaning business?
As a service-area business, your base address stays hidden. Google chooses how you verify; for a business like yours it's usually a short video rather than a mailed postcard.
Do one-time move-out cleans work too?
Yes. Leave the card at the end of the job; a one-time client reviews the same way a recurring one does.
Is there anything we should avoid asking customers?
Yes: never ask for a specific star rating or wording, never offer anything in return for a review, and never ask only the customers you think are happy. The card simply makes it easy for everyone to leave an honest review.
