TapLocal App℠
Case Type: Chiropractic

Skeptical at first.
Five stars by visit six.

Chiropractic reviews describe a course of care, not one appointment, and many start with "I wasn't sure at first." TapLocal App℠ sets up or cleans up your practice's Google profile (or your own practitioner listing), places an NFC + QR Google review card at checkout, and hands you a report on what patients already say.

No gating. No incentives. No guarantees. Ever.

Results over a course of care

Results take time, and reviews show it

Patients often describe a series of visits and how they felt along the way.

Skepticism makes good reviews persuasive

Reviewers who were unsure beforehand write detailed reviews that reassure the next skeptical patient.

Privacy matters in your replies

Replies to patient reviews shouldn't confirm someone is a patient or mention treatment. The report includes reply drafts written that way for members.

Practice or practitioner listing

A clinic verifies like any storefront; a chiropractor booked by name can also have their own listing. Google chooses how you verify, and a shared building can take extra steps.

Four steps, no theatrics

Set Up

We build or clean up the right profile, the practice's or your own practitioner listing, and walk you through Google's verification. A shared address can take extra steps.

Install

A branded NFC + QR card at checkout, a sticker in the treatment room by the door, or printed on appointment cards. Tap or scan, straight to your Google review page.

Collect

Customers leave reviews the normal way, at their own pace — one tap and two clicks. No scripted asks, and no discounts, freebies or rewards for reviews — of any rating.

Learn

You get a TapLocal Intelligence Report™, built only from your own public reviews — what's working, what to fix first.

Chiropractors: questions, answered plainly

When should patients get the card?
At checkout, the same way for every patient. Many patients review after several visits, when they can describe their progress; the card makes it easy whenever they're ready.
How do we reply to reviews without breaking patient privacy?
Keep replies general: thank the reviewer, don't confirm they're a patient, and never mention conditions or treatment. Member reports include reply drafts written that way.
Can each chiropractor in our clinic have their own listing?
Google allows individual practitioners their own profile alongside the practice's in many cases. We look at how your clinic works and recommend the right setup.
How does verification work for a chiropractic practice?
Like any storefront: Google chooses the method, often a short video or a mailed postcard to your practice address. At a shared office, verifying a separate profile can take extra steps.
Can we offer a free adjustment for a review?
No. Google prohibits offering anything in exchange for reviews, and we never set that up. Every patient gets the same simple invitation.
Is there anything we should avoid asking customers?
Yes: never ask for a specific star rating or wording, never offer anything in return for a review, and never ask only the customers you think are happy. The card simply makes it easy for everyone to leave an honest review.
