TapLocal App℠
Case Type: Mobile Notary

There on time.
Signed without a hitch.

Mobile notary reviews come down to punctuality and getting every page right, especially at loan signings. TapLocal App℠ sets up a service-area Google profile for your real coverage area, gives you an NFC + QR Google review card to leave after each signing, and hands you a report on what clients already say.

No gating. No incentives. No guarantees. Ever.

// Why mobile notaries are a special case

On time, every page right

Punctuality is most of the review

Clients schedule around you, often on a tight deadline. Arriving on time leads most reviews.

Getting it right the first time

A signing with no missed pages or redo is what clients and title companies remember.

Calm and clear at the table

Clients mention a notary who explained the process plainly, without giving legal advice.

Hidden address, one coverage area

Google chooses how you verify; for a business like this it's usually a short video, not a mailed postcard.

// Process

Four steps, no theatrics

Already have a service-area Google profile claimed? Start at Install.

Set Up

We build your service-area profile, hide your base address, define where you actually work, and walk you through Google's verification (usually a short video).

Install

A branded NFC + QR card left with the client after the signing, or printed on your receipt or invoice. Tap or scan, straight to your Google review page.

Collect

Customers leave reviews the normal way, at their own pace — one tap and two clicks. No scripted asks, and no discounts, freebies or rewards for reviews — of any rating.

Learn

You get a TapLocal Intelligence Report™, built only from your own public reviews — what's working, what to fix first.

// Mobile Notary questions

Mobile Notaries: questions, answered plainly

Most of my work comes from title companies. Who reviews me?
The people you meet at the table can review your service on Google. Leave the card with them after the signing, the same way every time.
Should the card mention anything about legal questions?
No. Keep it simple: the card only opens your review page. A notary can't give legal advice, and your profile and replies should stay clear of it.
How is my coverage area defined?
You tell us the cities, counties or ZIP codes you actually travel to, and we set your Google service area to match.
How does verification work for a mobile notary?
As a service-area business, your home address stays hidden. Google chooses how you verify; for a business like yours it's usually a short video.
I do evening and weekend signings. Does that matter?
Make sure your hours on Google show it. Clients who needed you after hours often say so in their reviews.
Is there anything we should avoid asking customers?
Yes: never ask for a specific star rating or wording, never offer anything in return for a review, and never ask only the customers you think are happy. The card simply makes it easy for everyone to leave an honest review.
